To be honest, so far I'm happy with my Audi A6. I've just returned from a trip driving through Europe to Albania, and everything went great. The car is really comfortable and very reliable, I couldn't ask for much more in terms of quality. As for the day of sale, the team was excellent. Travelled 60 miles to view a car and it was exactly as advertised. I put down a deposit and returned a week later to pick it up. I was happy to find out that 2 advisories on previous MOT had been fixed. I have had the car for over a month now and nothing has gone wrong with it.

Ever since I was 17, I've dreamed of owning a BMW convertible. Life took a turn that allowed me to consider purchasing one, so I began my search. In the entire country, there were only three of the model I wanted. I contacted the nearest dealership first, but they were incredibly rude and unhelpful, prompting me to hang up on them. The next dealership on my list was Windmill Autos, and I'm delighted that my initial attempt was unsuccessful because it led me to such an exceptional dealership. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout the entire process. Even after the sale was complete, they took the time to walk me through all the buttons and features until I was completely comfortable. I live quite far from the dealership and doubt I'll return, if I were closer, I would certainly visit again. The dreams of my 17-year-old self have been realised, and I absolutely love it!

My husband and I only decided the night before we bought the car from Windmill Autos that we were even getting a new car. After a little search from my husband, we found the Toyota Corolla advertised, and we liked the look of the car, it's a little sporty! So we headed over to the test drive and it was faultless, the staff was amazing, and they made everything smooth and easy for us. Recently I got the Peugeot 208 for my daughter, and so far, everything has been great. I've had my own Peugeot for 3 years, and it's never let me down, so I was confident in choosing this car. The salesman was excellent and made the experience smooth and really easy. It was my first time visiting Windmill Autos but since I live locally, I knew they had a good reputation. So I popped in to see what they had in stock. I always try to stay close to where I live just in case there are any issues. Up until now, I've had no reason to take the car back in, we are all very happy.

Everything is okay with my Mercedes A-Class. Andy offered a test drive when I was happy with the condition of the car. Someone came with me to help, as the car is more updated than what I'm used to with an automatic hand brake and all the computer stuff. I had an Astra GTC for 6 years, and I still think about it as my dad got it for me, but it had clocked a lot of miles, so it was time to say goodbye. However the comfort of the A-Class makes it a little bit easier to move on. Definitely 5 stars!

1 million percent I'm giving the best score I possibly can for Windmill Autos. I think I put a bit of pressure on the team because it was very last minute when I called to say I wanted the car, but on the same day they were able to put a fresh MOT and service on the car. I live an hour and a half away, and it was ready for me when I arrived. I'm in love with my Mercedes A-Class and I can't thank the team enough for their help.

It's been some time since I purchased my Ford S-max and I couldn't be happier with it. I try to take it out for a drive 2 or 3 times a week if I can. I saw a lot of cars while looking online but I chose this dealership specifically because they had the best looking Ford at a very fair price, if not the best price online. The transaction on the day was incredibly easy, probably the smoothest I've ever had, and the test drive was nice and relaxing, which sealed the deal for me. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for selling us a used Kia ProCeed which we saw in the Autotrader advertised. After a very long journey from West Wales we were really pleased with the welcome and the well prepared car, which was even better than advertised. No pressure to looking around as much as we liked and afterwards an unaccompanied test drive was also no problem.

First time used this dealer from Auto Trader and he does not disappoint! We were given the keys to look around at leisure and offered unattended test drive to make sure things were OK before deciding to purchase. One switch was faulty and he offered to pay the cost to put it right. Car supplied with a free 3 month warranty on major parts and all for under £9k. Very welcoming and helpful to all our needs.

Audi a4 delivered with no fuel Windmill Autos contacted me as soon as feedback was submitted and apologized profusely the fuel check was missed. It was delivered on a Saturday and they had a small team in due to illness and the check was missed. I have been compensated for my time and trouble. Absolutely made up with the car a good buy and yes i would buy from again. personally i think it was a genuine oversight. it wont let me submit this update for 6 mths so my partner will submit it

Highly recommended
There is a reason Sam and Andy are voted 5 stars "” and that is because they are a pleasure to deal with, and they only sell cars they can vouch for and would happily pass on to other people. I bought a low mileage 10 year old Audi A3 from them and it felt like a new car. Knowing that Andy had put a full MOT on it too was great peace of mind. I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a used car in Bedfordshire, well worth taking a look at their stock.

Very professional company with experienced staff, this is the 3rd time I have bought a car from Windmill Autos. I was given more for my trade in than a larger national company and thought the sales staff were very knowledgeable of the current market and let me test drive 2 cars that I was interested in purchasing. My car was ready within 24 hours and had been inspected by the AA and a 3 month warranty which gave me more peace of mind since I was spending a lot of money. Any problems I had have in the past were quickly rectified and would like to personally thank Sam and the other sales team for their customer service which is 2nd to none .

Wonderful Windmill Autos.
The whole experience was pleasant, painless and enjoyable, the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful to the point of fixing a couple of things their mechanic picked up on the PDI that hadn't been agreed, but did them anyway. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Excellent! Bought a very clean and well maintained Audi A7, trading in a VW Sharan. Offered reasonable price on trade in. 6 month warranty on the new car. Covering much more than most "˜warranties' tend to cover. A pleasure to deal with these guys. I'd just had 2 negative experiences with 2 dealerships in Nottingham that had reinforced my cynicism of 2nd hand car dealers. The guys at Windmill Autos dispelled this with courteous service and non quibble after sales. At the test drive a minor fault with a seat motor was identified. Car Is booked in next week (as a write) to have this fixed. Highly recommended. Will be returning in the future.

Just picked up a used car from Windmill autos must say it goes down as one of the best car buying experiences so far. Great support from a very knowledgeable team with updates on each step of the process. The car it self was made ready to a very high standard, MOT service history checked and any work that needed doing it was done in fact, all the cars on offer all looked very tidy. The online video of the car was a nice touch. My experience is that Windmill Autos work to a higher standard than any of the approved used car sales I used before. 10 out of 10.

Helpful and friendly team. I was allowed to browse and test drive for however long I needed. I didn't feel pressured into any purchase. I did leave a refundable deposit on the car but decided not to proceed and received the deposit back the next day. I can't comment on after care but the service I received was great.

Excellent Experience at Windmill Autos
Credit where credits due I had a super experience purchasing my car from start to finish at Windmill Autos. Post reviewing their website and reviewing car details we popped up to their foreground to check out the vehicle we were interested in (Mercedes B Class). Even though it was advertised as "awaiting prep" there were no issues in checking over the car and taking it for a test drive ~ absolutely no sales pressure from Adam who was professional from start to finish. Post agreeing price we left deposit and, whilst we had to await log book update as previous owner had a private plate, we were kept updated and took ownership to a car that looked and drives like new. I have purchased many cars over the years from private owners, main dealers, car supermarkets and via auctions. My experience with Windmill Autos was as good as any I've had & I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another car from them in the future.

A brilliant, hassle free , professional, enjoyable experience from first "is it still available" to driving away. I can't speak highly enough of this company. They offered us a very fair part exchange value for our car and allowed us to purchase a Seat Leon Fr+. Being very car proud people, we made a few comments about some cosmetic defects about the Leon when we first viewed including a cracked front grille. In all honesty, it was hardly noticeable but because it bothered us, it bothered them to such an extent that they went to the trouble of replacing it with a brand new one costing them in excess of £100 not to mention, a service, including cambelt and water pump, four new tyres, a refurbished allow and cleaned to perfection. At all times, they made us feel welcome without any hard-sell tactics. Without doubt one of the best dealers I have had the pleasure of dealing with. We drove away with big smiles on our faces and will 100% use again and recommend to anyone else.

BRILLIANT SERVICE
Bought a car here about a month ago- Audi TT Automatic. I've held back on reviewing this place just to make sure everything ran okay and I can confirm my Audi has been excellent so far! Service was great when I viewed the vehicle, very attentive, all questions answered. I was also given free 12 month parts and labour warranty. I'd recommend Windmill Autos to anyone looking for a good deal on something you know has been advertised properly/fits the bill, plus fantastic customer service. NOTE: if I find any outstanding problems with the car as a fault of the dealership, rest assured I will edit this review asap.

An excellent service, no pushy sales, an excellent trade in price and a well presented BMW X1 that came with a new service and full health check. When I asked about the tyre tread being warn two new tyres were added at no extra cost. Easy collection, all the paper work done for you and most of all a good price. This is my second car from this garage I can highly recommend them.

After spending time in different car dealers, how refreshing it was to come to windmill autos in Sandy. They are so helpful nothing is to much trouble for them. Friendly sales staff no hard sale. My car came with FSH, Serive with inspiration in which a new tyre was fitted. Car was Validated. Sales staff change the DVLA ownership to my name and added the Road tax with me on collection of car so Hastle free. No nonsense sales and service
As a buyer i've little time for cliched sales patter and jumping through the hoops so i'm glad to say Windmill have the same no nonsense attitude to sales as i have to buying. I had already identified the vehicle I was interested in on arrival and when given the keys was left to it to look it over at my own pace. When I did have questions about the vehicle the sales person was able to answer them quickly and accurately which i was impressed by as there are about 80+ cars in stock. The price to change i was initially offered was not as good as i'd hoped but the sales person listened to my reasons why I was not keen and (specifically a few cosmetic details with the car i was buying) and a compromise was quickly reached and all parties happy. I recently bought a Volvo from Windmill Auto's Ltd. I bought it unseen and not test driven as I live in Cheshire. Using the detailed explanation and multitude of photos on their web site showing every inch of the car, I quickly realised this is the car for me. The sales person talked me though the car and its history and the deal was done. It was MOT'd, Serviced and delivered to my door with 3 months parts and labour guarantee. They are open and honest people to deal with. Well done Windmill.

Reliable service and Reliable vehicles
Went to see a Toyota Yaris, the guys handed over the car and left us to it. Once the deposit was paid they said car would be ready within a week following some work and mot check. Went in after a week and car was ready along with paper work. Andy and Wasim were great at answering all my questions and also the car has given me no problems since the purchase. Only downside was the sat nav wasn't loading and when I called "Sam" tried to spin it around and say it was working when it never did. Anyway since the car is still under Toyota warranty they replaced it for free. Once again thanks Wasim and Andy for a pleasant and friendly service. Really appreciated all your help. Hope to see you in the future too.

Straightforward , friendly and honest dealership
The sales manager and technicians are friendly, professional and straight forward. I went to view a car, agreed a deal and purchased it. The price agreed was very fair based on what else was available on the market and the dealership displayed a willingness to be flexible and fix a few niggles on the car. After my purchase, the car threw up a few fault codes - Windmill fixed all the issues under guarantee, spending a fair amount of time checking things out and replacing parts where required. The car now drives without issues. In spite of the faults on the car (which to be fair, cannot be pinned on Windmill and were not picked by me either) , I would gladly buy from Windmill again due to their straightforward and honest way of doing business.

Great car-buying experience from start to finish. After a no-pressure visit and test drive, I bought a Seat Leon at a good price and with a fair deal for my old car in P/X. The Leon is a great car - one small problem with an electric window switch was sorted quickly, at no charge and with no fuss. I would use Windmill Autos again and recommend them to anyone.

I just bought a toyota auris hybrid 14 plate after seeing it advertised on auto trader for a really good price it was the excel model(top of the range).I rang up windmill autos and explained that i had approx 170 miles to travel and gave a holding deposit so they could get the car ready in a week for me.I travelled up on the Thursday as arranged and was met by really nice sales staff that made me a cup of tea .They couldn't do enough for me and did everything i asked of them immediately .Would definitely think of looking here again when looking for my next car thanks to all working there a very satisfied customer.

This is the second time we have bought a car from Windmill Autos, So we are return customers due to the car bought 3 years ago being really good from all aspects and giving us trouble free motoring. They all ways have a good range of cars in stock and again it did not take long to find a car that suited our needs. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and there was no pressure to buy. In fact we looked around the site on our own, found 2 cars we were interested in and went to the office and asked if we could have a look inside the cars. After we decided on the one we were really interested in we were allowed a trial drive around Sandy on our own. Decided we wanted it. Bought it. An automatic Nissen Qashqui which now stands on our drive at home with the B class Mercedes we bought 3 years ago from them. Would recommend a look at their site if you are looking for a good used car.

On the website this dealer provided a great deal of information on the car I was interested in together with many detailed photographs. When I visited the dealer I was given unrestricted access to the vehicle which was exactly as described and I was offered a favourable trade in on my existing car. Also a small fault (non functional rear washer) was quickly rectified before I drove the car away. All in all a very good service. I reccomend this dealer.

An unaccompanied test drive was offered and accepted.,However fuel warning light meant that I could only have a short test as I was afraid I might run out of fuel! Excellent customer service. I wanted a well cared for and factory spec' Celica T sport, I had been looking at Autotrader for weeks, spotted one at Windmill Autos ( 45 miles away from home ) rang and still for sale. No pressure selling, and they got the car out for me to test drive (one of them puzzles: move 6 to get 1 out). Agreed to buy, with some repairs needed, new clutch and blowing exhaust, came to a deal with agreed refurb of alloys and a fair price for mine in px. 2 weeks later ( as agreed ) I now have a perfect example of a future classic, new mot ( rear brakes/tyres ) new clutch, exhaust repaired, serviced and polished/cleaned to within an inch of its life, and lovely refurbed alloys. Good pub for lunch/pint down the road! If they have the car you are after, I would highly recommend Windmill Autos,,,, great dealer! Cheers.

Great and confident experience
I went to the car show just to have a look and get out of there with a VW Passat 09 Excellent salesman Andy and one of the owners (sorry i don't catch your name), very helpful and communicative. I feel free if the car had a problem that they solved everything and so it was, I did not discuss the price because it was not necessary the car was like new I had to replace a shock absorber and two break calipers, they handled everything in one day and I had an excellent BMW as a replacement car, I was still given a second key in VW that cost near 300 pounds My next purchase will be there for sure, thank you Windmill autos for everything gained a client and recommendation to my friends.

When buying a car I am always sceptical of using second hand car dealerships. Although I have knowledge of buying cars I always feel I may pay out more than I initially wished for or that there may be an issue with the vehicle. However, I was pleasantly surprised about the service I received from Windmill Auto's. We are a small family so our requirements for our 'next' car were quite specific. When my husband & I conveyed our wish list to the guys at the dealership and they were able to offer us a decent selection of cars which did meet our needs & were in our price bracket. The patience, care and attention the guys placed with us throughout the buying process was admirable. We ended up driving away with the exact car we wished for & at the right price. The vehicle was presented to us clean, it had all the documentation in place & was also checked over at the service garage. Polite, relaxed dealer, happy to let me loose with a bunch of keys to look at a variety of vehicles. Chose the one we wanted. Test drive sorted. Pleasant discussion on price. Numbers were agreed. Six days later car ready to go. Dealer had included new tyres, discs and pads all round "because they were a bit worn" at his expense ! All in all great service and well pleased with the purchase and service.
